We continue offering Free Nature Meditation Sessions online, and we're very happy to see and hear great feedback from our community of friends and clients around the world.We are half-way through with our first weekly series based on the 4 elements: Earth, Water, Air and Fire, and an extra one, "Space" as it is considered a 5th element in Tibetan Buddhist traditions.Following the completion of this series, we are preparing a second set based on our senses, as they are the foundation of Forest Therapy and Shinrin-yoku, which rely on the deep connection to nature through them.
