First Weekend long Shinrin Yoku Retreat

We just held our first weekend long Forest Therapy retreat in Bavaria, Germany.The weather was absolutely amazing, sunny and relatively warm for this time of the year. Still lots of snow so we did the entire trail on snow shoes. This added a certain adventure component to it all. It was loads of fun and everyone had a great time.

A great experience for everyone and a deep sense of fulfilment for us after another successful retreat. We are very honoured and humbled to inspire this magic on people.
